Random pictures...

So we haven't really done anything exciting yet in May, but I have taken some random pictures that I thought I would share... Being home the last 4 days with a sick kid should have rendered some good photo ops, but I have been catching up on house cleaning - not exactly what you want to take a picture of! This weekend we are headed to Corpus Christi for the annual Beach to Bay relay (hopefully) - I am so looking forward to getting out of the house! :)

We love Dora! and nothing is more fun than dancing and playing the maracas while we watch Dora!

Last week we made it to the park for a playgroup activity - we made birdhouses out of ice cream cones (from the Betty Crocker website) but I forgot to take pictures of that! But I did get some pics of the girls doing their favorite park activities... Kenna of course LOVES the swings, and she can get herself going now pretty high now all by herself! :)

Adelyn loves to climb - my little monkey...

So Adelyn had her first official trip to the dentist back in April, and she did really well. After her teeth cleaning we were waiting for the dentist consult so i was keeping her entertained with the camera and a game - sort of like I Spy with a toddler... "Where's mama?" "Right there" she says... continue with just about every item in the room!

c Arbor Daze in Euless last month... this was Kenna's flavored sugar creation - you pick out a plastic form and then fill it with different colored (and different flavored) sugar. then you eat! Lick and stick with a toothpick... who would've thought, but it made her day!

We also got some neat bracelets made out of recycled magazines! Check out Bagala Beads online for some neat jewelry... Really think it's neat that something so pretty can be doing so much good too! :)
